We booked the Farmhouse for a hen party and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Perfect in every way and will definitely be booking again!

We booked Murton Grange to accommodate our guests over our wedding weekend as our venue did not have accommodation available. We had a lovely stay! Nothing was too much for the owners. There was a shower out of action but once I had mentioned it they had maintenance out as early as they could with it been a Sunday and bank holiday I was very impressed he was there at 9am on Sunday! The cottage was immaculate and the hot tub was an added bonus. Thank you so much I would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Murton Grange for my friends hen do. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and was perfect for the weekend. Great communication prior and during booking process. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay for a girls weekend- nice walks close by, good distance to city centre for sight seeing. The cottage had plenty of space and comfy beds!

Stayed across 3 separate cottages at Murton Grange last weekend- fantastic accommodation, with a great location ( less than 15 minutes taxi into York centre). The cottages were clean, modern and very spacious. Cottage 6 had the additional bonus of a hot tub. There is ample parking. 20 guests had a fantastic weekend.

The accommodation was spacious and made for a great base for our weekend. Kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook for 16 people. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone with comfortable beds. Loved the hot tub too! Overall we had a great stay at the Farmhouse, would definitely use again for a group trip.

Quite remote yet only around 15 mins drive away from York City Centre, handy for Monks Cross shopping centre too. Great walks from the door. Hot tub was perfect and under cover.

Thanks for having us at Murton Grange. We really enjoyed our stay and the cottage was spacious, warm and cosy. We had everything we needed for self catering – great pots and pans, a large fridge, dishwasher etc.

The cottage was beyond what we expected. When we asked if we could leave later than the departure time without issue the staff were very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying at Murton Grange.
